Product Introduction
The 12.7 × 99 mm NATO — better known worldwide as the .50 BMG (Browning Machine Gun) — is the standard heavy machine gun and anti-materiel rifle cartridge across NATO and allied forces. Developed by John Browning in the early 1920s, it remains the definitive Western heavy-calibre round, in service with the M2HB, M2A1, M107 Barrett, McMillan TAC-50, and every major NATO heavy machine gun platform.
